Taking care of you and your child is our main concern.  We ask you to review your insurance plan and benefits before your visit.  It is your responsibility to pay any copay due at time of service and to bring an up-to-date copy of your insurance card at every visit. You must make certain that any specialists or facilities we refer your child to are covered by your plan.  If services we provide are not covered by your plan, you will be billed for them directly.  In addition, any past due or outstanding balance will be collected before you see the doctor.
