Dr. Joseph Rosenfeld received his Doctor of Medicine from Emory in 1974. He completed his pediatric training at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas where he also served as Chief Resident. Dr. Rosenfeld has been at Snapfinger Woods Pediatrics since 1978 and has served as a Clinical Instructor at Emory School of Medicine since 1994. He has been voted as one of Atlanta's "Top Doctors" by Atlanta Magazine three times. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for Kids Health First Pediatric Alliance and as chairman of Quality and Utilization at Dekalb Medical Center Hillandale. Dr. Rosenfeld and his wife live in Dunwoody and have 2 children.
Dr. Susan Trawick has been at Snapfinger Woods Pediatrics since 1983. She completed her M.D. at Emory School of Medicine in 1980 and her Pediatric Residency in 1983. She currently serves as the Chief of Pediatrics at Dekalb Medical Center (North Decatur Campus) and has served as the chair of the Quality Management Committee. She lives in Tucker with her husband. They have 3 children.
Dr. Brad Weselman received his Doctor of Medicine in 1995 from Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. He completed his Pediatric Residency in 1998 at Baylor and served as staff physician for Texas Children's Pediatrics Associates for one year prior to joining Snapfinger Woods Pediatrics in 1999. Dr. Weselman is a Clinical Instructor at Emory School of Medicine and is currently chairman of the Quality Management committee of Kids Health First Pediatric Alliance. He lives in Atlanta with his wife and 2 children.
Dr. Cynthia Kelly received her Doctor of Medicine from the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta. She completed her Pediatric Residency there in 1985 and has been at Snapfinger Woods Pediatrics since 1988. Dr. Kelly has served on the Board of the Georgia Chapter of the International Dyslexia Association and is current chair of the Dekalb Medical Center Quality Management Committee. She lives in Atlanta with her husband and 3 children.
Daria N. Hamilton, C.P.N.P. (Nurse Practitioner), joined Snapfinger Woods Pediatrics in January 2007. She completed her R.N., B.S.N. degree at Emory University in 1999. She completed her Nurse Practitioner training at Georgia State University in December 2006. She is Board Certified by the Pediatric Nurse Certification Board. She has 9 years of pediatric nursing experience. She is a clinical instructor at North Georgia College and State University. She has lived in South Dekalb county for 12 years.

Patricia Hightower is our office manager. Pat supervises our staff and oversees day-to-day office operations like scheduling, referrals, insurance filing and patient satisfaction. Please contact or speak to her regarding any questions or concerns.

Our Medical Assistants will greet your child, take the history, measure your child, and gently give any needed vaccinations. Pictured are Trina and Lisa.
Our nurses can answer routine questions about normal development or childhood illnesses. If they don't know the answer - they will find the help you need. They also schedule tests and specialist appointments when needed.
